Workout
and fat loss in diet
Work out is the most important way to keep the weight loss
diet results for long. Researches show that a moderate work
out is not significantly important for losing weight. But it is
very important for keeping the same people from gaining all
this weight back again.
A strenuous work out burns fat
a long time after it is over, not only when it is actually
done. In reality most people can not do a strenuous workout
every day not even athletes .
It is better to begin with small to moderate workout a few
times a week . Then gradually add more days and time, until one
does it almost every day. Rest days are important too and can
not be neglected .
This might sounds like a paradox
: 1.The fact that a weight loss diet can
be done effectively without any work out .
2.The fact that work out is necessary for weigh loss diet.
This work out necessity is in reality for keeping the
results of the weight loss diet
These facts are rising lately from many researches but they do
not contradict each other. While with dieting alone you can
lose weight keeping the results is another
story .And here comes the necessity for physical exercise
,after the diet is over.
The importance of combining work out and diet is to
get people used to doing work out so .
when they get to their ideal weight they will be already used
to regular work out that will prevent them from gaining the
weight back.
The truth is that a moderate work out burns more fat (55%) then
carbohydrates(40%). Compared with a strenuous
work out in which more carbohydrates (70%) are burnt then
fat (15%)(numbers taken from a lecture on the
subject).
If the time spent in the activity is the same ,than as
the work out becomes more strenuous than its affect on weight
loss is higher .This is because more calories are used and it
is not important from what source.
At rest the body will do its own calculations .If you consumed
less energy / calories then you spent then you will lose weight
no matter what you burned at the time of the
exercise.
