Timing: The best time to go on a weight loss diet is when your energies are high. When are your energies high? For most people it's when good things are happening in their lives, when everything is going smooth. But you can also find high energies when you are in a crisis. When everything is falling apart around you & in your life. Maybe a diet, some order in your eating regimen is the only thing you CAN do. Sometimes one feels that he has no control over the events of his/her life, and here is one thing a person can control. We CAN control the things we enter our mouth. It's in our hands in more then one sense. So there is at least one aspect in your life that you are able to be in control of. So what do I say? I say time is not an excuse, time is a resource. The dimension of time is limitless, its here all the time. Being here and now enables you to realize your abilities, your choices. Don't dwell on the things you call past, don’t live in the future, and be attentive to feeling the essence of your existence here & now. If you choose that, you can see that there is always time for a diet, or for what ever you choose to enter into your life. Time is more than a weight loss guideline.

A reason to go on a diet, a reason to go changing ones routines .Every reason is good as long as it can hold for a while. It should be strong enough to hold a period of time in which you can start seeing results & be happy about them. Then you can go on, relying on other reasons you create to help you walk through the valley of diet.

The basic reason should be living .Not living to eat but eating to live. Life has much more to offer us humans then food. There are many other things we can nourish on. Our souls also need nourishment, and the diet they need isn't the same as the physical body needs. When you find the ways to feed your soul you find yourself less hungry and much more satisfied.

 Objectives: put your intentions on some reasonable objectives. You can also put them on some crazy dreamy objectives. Just have some intentions set .Set them on easy diet or fast diet, set them on lean & muscular body ,set them on improving your health or improving your looks. Set them on finding a partner or on leaving one .Set them on climbing a mountain or running a race ,on winning a prize or on spiritual evolution .Whatever works for you, you choose ,you are the one to make the links ,you are the one to walk the way.
