Diet
is a regulated
selection of foods. There are diets
to lose
weight or
to gain weight. There are sugarless diets, low salt diets or
whatever less you would like. For a person to go looking for
a diet, getting interested in a change in ones
eating regiment, one needs a driving force, a reason. The
reasons that brought you to start on a
weight loss
diet better be clear and strong enough to
help you through a period of change. A diet is a change, and
a change requires power, energy. You must clearly define to
yourself what do you wish to achieve, how do you see
yourself in a few months from now. You must believe in your
power, in your abilities. Each and every one of us has
unlimited sources of energy, of power far beyond our
imagination, and much farther than our thoughts. The only
thing limiting a person, stopping one from achievements are
the thoughts. They are the ones who tell you that there is
no chance. From my experience everything is possible if you
just dare dreaming. Everything else in life is the same. If
we have a target that we view possible to achieve, then in
our being we create an image of "already being there". An
image of ourselves with the gold medal glorifying our chest
.There are many paths to get to that gold medal, that
trophy, money, love , fast weight
loss or whatever you wish for. There are easier
ways and less easy ones. And there are ways in which others
already walked in, experienced, and
studied.
If you want
change ,now is the time. Here and now it's time for a
decision. You ARE changing every day, opportunities
appear and disappear. Timing is the name of the
game.
