We all prefer
an easy
diet. Being
human some of us operate better
under rules (though we like to resist them)
then without any.
Following
a planned weight
loss diet put us
under some rules
and regulations that tells us
what to eat and
when.
The planed weight
loss diet is easier because we are told what to do.
Someone did the thinking for us. Some
other people already walked that path of losing weight
with success. It's easy
to follow a routine then being the keeper of
yourself.
For example,
it's easier to cross a big jammed junction when
there are traffic lights to direct the
traffic. Without any traffic lights you will
have to be aware and careful at all directions
and still you might not be able to cross.
A
planed weight loss
diet tells
you what is permitted and what isn’t and you know that
for a certain period of time you can do it. You can
follow these limitations.
Basically diet is a lonely struggle. A struggle with the self
,with temptation. Not everyone have support at home , at
work or out side those circles. To practice something alone
takes guts and inner powers. To exercise by oneself is not that
easy but people do it. Each of us has all the power we need to
go on a diet .The inner powers and the
guts. What one can always use is a planned
weight loss diet to make it easier to start and to hold
on.
To make it an easy diet
,one in which you do not snap and give up, I
always recommend taking a break. In whatever weight loss
diet you choose to follow, take a break (not in doctor
medical diets, there you should consult your physician).I mean
take one day off once in a while (like once in two –three
weeks) depending on your stamina. Instead of snapping, stopping the diet,
regressing and feeling like a looser, you just take
one reasonable (almost everything is permitted day) non
–diet day .Than get up the next day and go on
with recharged energy and no regrets.
