What is a good workout for weight loss and fat burning?   

  • 3-4 aerobic work outs a week ,  for 30-45minutes
    each 
     
  • plus 3-4 power work outs ,for 15 minutes each
  • you should train in a pulse level that you can keep for a while ,so begin at low pulse and do not exceed 70% over your normal pulse
  • Eat six meals a day ,one every 3-4 hours .This will keep your body from using muscles for energy and will enable it to use fat as energy source.
  • Consume enough protein and carbohydrates per day if you train that much. If you have kidney problems or you are not perfectly healthy consult your physician.
  • The secrete of losing weight is eating less then you spend in energy or calorie terms. That is do not eat much more then you ate before otherwise you might even gain weight. It's not always easy to do that alone ,so find some weight loss diet program to follow it might help.
  • Eat all food groups 
  • Eat vegetables and fruit from all 5 colors each day.

Whatever aerobic workout you choose to do, walking,
running, spinning and so on, it should fit
your abilities,
your weight and your health. Otherwise you might hurt
your body, suffer pain and give it up too soon with out
getting to the good part of having fun and enjoying a
fun work out.
