The Fat Cells
We have a more or
less constant amount of fat cells in our body and they almost never
die. This is why its very easy to gain weight again after
you lost it, especially after a
rapid weight
loss.
These fat cells
are like balloons, they fill themselves with fat deposits
.When we eat more then our body can use it stores the
exes in the fat cells. There are many storage rooms(=fat
cells) in a fat person and less in a thin one. When we go
on a weight
loss diet
and consume less food then
our body needs ,then the fat cells all over the body
empty some of their content .
But the fat cells , these storage rooms still
exist. Losing weight does not make
you lose fat cells. Keeping the new weight for a long
time, turning into a thinner person for a long time means
we lost some fat cells but not enough. This is why its
very easy and fast to gain weight after we lost some,
because the storage rooms are open and available, willing
to store.
So when you
achieved your target weight ,don’t stop
dieting.
Use the healthy
weight loss habits the diet gave you and improvise around
and with them . Don’t go
back to the old habits that got you fat. Remember you are thin
now .Think like a thin person . A smaller body doesn’t need so
much food to survive and enjoy
life.
